Hello, I’m Ravindra Bhalerao. I’ve always believed in taking action over discussion to make a real impact. Driven by this, I founded the Bridge of Humanity Foundation (BOHF) to address the pressing issues I’ve witnessed in villages and the education sector.
As a Business Manager in a Pharma company, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges our communities face, and this has ignited my passion to make a change. While I don’t have all the answers yet, I’m confident that with your support, we can create a brighter future. Your involvement is crucial to turning this vision into reality.
I am proud to introduce our dynamic trustee and co-founder, Mr. Vaibhav Rokade. A steadfast partner in this journey, Vaibhav shares the same vision for a better future. Despite facing numerous challenges, he completed his Science graduation and earned a place on the state-level basketball team, demonstrating his resilience and determination. His passion for making a difference makes him an invaluable part of our team. Explaining this mission to him and gaining his support was a natural step. Together, we are committed to creating lasting change.

Vaibhav, a determined achiever, completed his Science graduation and represented his state in basketball despite challenges. His work with NGOs and passion for helping others are key to the foundation’s mission.
